1. General information
Agafay Quad Tours provides tourist quad biking experiences in the Agafay desert from Marrakech, Morocco. These terms apply to all bookings made through our website or via WhatsApp. By making a booking, participants accept the terms set out below.
2. Booking and confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed after written exchange via WhatsApp or the online booking form, and after written confirmation has been sent by our team. By making a booking, the participant accepts these terms and conditions in full.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices shown on this website are indicative and may vary by season, group size and availability. Exact pricing and payment terms are specified at the time of booking confirmation. We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.
4. Participant responsibilities
Participants agree to follow all safety instructions given by the guide before and during the tour, to ride responsibly and to stay within the designated tracks. Participants must disclose any medical condition, physical limitation or pregnancy that could affect their ability to ride a quad before booking. Failure to do so may result in exclusion from the tour without refund.
5. Agafay Quad Tours' responsibilities
We commit to providing maintained vehicles in working order, qualified and experienced guides, and the equipment and inclusions specified in each tour description. We take reasonable steps to ensure participant safety at all times. However, Agafay Quad Tours accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or damage resulting from non-compliance with safety instructions, reckless riding or any behaviour contrary to the guide's instructions.
6. Programme modifications
We reserve the right to modify a tour's programme, route or inclusions in the event of adverse weather conditions, force majeure, or any other circumstance beyond our control that affects the safety or feasibility of the experience. We will contact participants as soon as possible in such cases and work to offer a suitable alternative or rescheduling.

8. Disputes
